What is your return policy?

In the case that the mistake is on my end (eg. broken/mistaken products), a full refund OR a new item will be provided free of cost. Otherwise, please contact support@grapedraws.com to see what we can do for you.

Peeled acrylic items cannot be returned.

What about exchanges for clothing?

Please email support@grapedraws.com for instructions! It will be the cost of shipping the new item.

This is free of charge for backers of the original Archon Apparel Kickstarter due to various confusion points on the sizing during the production of that project!

How long will my order take to ship?

If your order is all in-stock items:, orders in the shop are being sent from a warehouse in GA, USA. Please add the typical shipping time from there to a few business days to ship the order. Many USA customers receive their order within a week!

If your order contains any not in-stock items, add that to the expected stock date of the item. If you did so in error and wish to receive the other items sooner, please contact support@grapedraws.com so we can split your order! In the case of unexpected delays, we will split orders for free.

Where does my order ship from?

If you are from China, please use "能斯特方程", my official consignment shop that I work with!

Currently, all other orders ship from a warehouse in the USA.

Currently planned for implementation:

  • EU/Rest of Asia orders from the Netherlands by MofuMerch by end of 2025
  • Canadian orders from within Canada when possible
